Policies
Our policies regarding the job posting application.

1. How many jobs can I post?

There is no limit to the number of jobs you can post; however, you may only include one job position per posting.


2. How long will a job remain posted?

A job will remain active for 30, 60, or 90 days from the date of posting depending upon the pricing plan you select for each job you post.


3. Are there any restrictions?

Yes there are restrictions, please review our Acceptable Use Policy.


4. Will you sell my email address to other companies?

NHBiotech.com will never sell your email address to a third party.




The Application
General information about the application itself.

1. How long does it take for my job to appear?

Your job appears immediately after you successfully make a payment for the job posting.


2. Can I put links in my job postings?

Yes, you may include links in your job description; however, to ensure that the application will correctly activate your link, the link must have a space immediately before it and immediately after it.


3. Can I store jobs and repost them?

All jobs entered are stored indefinitely. If a job posting has expired and you would like to repost it, click on the "Duplicate" link in the expired job listing. By duplicating the job posting, you are creating an entirely new job posting with the job information fields pre-filled with the information taken from the expired job posting. The duplicate posting is kept separate from the original to allow for more accurate stats, renewal and payment tracking.


4. Can I post internships?

Yes, post these the same as any other job posting.


5. What should I do if I forgot my username/password?

Visit the Posting Account Login Help page; submit your registered email address, and we will email your login information to you.


6. What is a Company Profile?

A Company Profile is where you can showcase your company's message, web site, and general contact information to a potential applicant.


7. Can I add our Company logo, corporate photos, and/or our Employment Application on the site?

At this time, you cannot upload logos, photos or applications to your profile or job postings. This is a potential application upgrade.


8. Will there be changes to the job posting application at the NHBiotech.com web site?

Changes and enhancements will continue to be made based on need and user feedback. Please send comments to jobs@nhbiotech.com.




How Do I...
Detailed instructions on how to use the application.

1. How do I set up an account?

Click the "New Posting Account" button from the right hand menu. Fill in the requested information and click "submit". A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided once you have submitted the requested information. You can then login to begin posting jobs immediately.


2. How do I post a job?

Log into your account. Click on "New Job Posting". Complete the requested information, remember to include all contact information within the job description. Then click "Submit". You will be prompted to review your new posting. Once you have reviewed if you need to make changes, click "Previous". If you have not changes, click "Next". Select the length of time you would like your job to remain posted, then click "Finish".


3. How do I review my job before I post it to the site?

You are automatically prompted to review each job posting prior to the successful completion of each entry.


4. How do I edit my jobs?

Login to your Job Posting account. Under the appropriate job summary, click "edit". Make your required changes and click "Submit".


5. How do I extend the length of my job listing?

You can extend the length of your job posting by clicking "renew" within the appropriate job summary. Select the posting length you wish for that job posting. Click "Finish".


6. How do I delete a job posting?

Job postings cannot be deleted entirely. However, you may hide them from the public indefinitely or until they expire, which in effect deletes them because they cannot be seen by anyone but you, the job posting account owner.

To hide a job posting, navigate to the Job Posting Account Summary page by clicking on "My Job Posting Account" in the persistent menu on the right side. Within the appropriate job summary, click on "Hide From Public" in the Status row. Once clicked, your job posting will no longer be available to the public. At any time if you would like to again show the job posting to the public, simply navigate to this same spot and click on "Show To Public".


7. How do I edit my Company Profile?

Login to your "My Job Posting Account". Click the link for "Edit Account" from the right hand menu. Make any changes you need to. Be sure to hit 'submit' so the changes will take effect.


8. How do I update my email address or change my password?

In order to change the email address on your account and in our database you need to login to "My Job Posting Account", then click on Edit Account. Enter your new email address in place of the existing address and "Submit". To change your password, click on change password. Complete the requested information then click "Submit."
